Sources of Financing

The journal is published with the full institutional support of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.

• Material and technical support: the editorial office uses the premises, equipment, and communication networks of the university.
• Publishing costs: the preparation of layouts, typesetting, DOI registration, and website maintenance are financed from the university's budget.
• Open Access model: the journal does not charge authors any publication fees (APC), and access to the articles is free and open to all readers.

The publication is a non-commercial project and does not aim to generate profit.
