Open Access Policy

The publication is an open-access journal that does not charge fees for viewing or downloading content.

1. User rights: under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, third parties are permitted to use the materials in any way (including the creation of derivative works and commercial distribution). The user must provide appropriate credit to the original publication, the license, and indicate if any changes were made, without implying the changes were endorsed by the journal.
2. Rights of the parties: authors retain ownership of the copyright, granting the journal the right to publish their articles.
3. Archive: full-text access to all works is permanently available in the relevant section of the website.
